Lat Pull Down (8×10 reps × 3 sets) 5. Cable Rope Upper Back Rows (10-15 reps × 3 sets) 6. Single Arm Dumbell Rows (10-12 reps × 3 sets) (Each sides 10-12 reps) 7. Sitted Rows (10-12 reps × 3 sets) 8.
